Thank you for your interest in getting on the Wesleyan Preschool and Kindergarten wait list.
You can click here to download a PDF copy of the wait list form. Then mail the form, along with a check for $25 per child to the address listed above. Once we receive the wait list paperwork, your child will be added to our wait list. Our advice is to sign your child up for the wait list as soon, after they are born, as possible.
